### Return and Refund Policy
At Scannex Systems, we stand behind the professional-grade calibration and build quality of our hardware. We recognize that industrial procurement demands absolute performance. If your equipment does not satisfy your workflow requirements, we offer a structured return window.
#### 1. Return Window
* You have **14 calendar days** from the verified date of delivery to request a formal Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Requests received beyond this 14-day window cannot be processed.
#### 2. Return Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a refund, the industrial hardware must meet the following strict parameters:
* The item must be completely unused, unaltered, and in the exact condition you received it.
* The hardware must be safely repacked in its **original manufacturer packaging**, including any specialized heavy-duty transport cases, custom foam inserts, calibration certificates, physical manuals, and accessory cables.
* Any product showing signs of field wear, mechanical modification, or missing serial plates will be rejected.
#### 3. Restocking Fee
* Because our high-precision equipment (e.g., CNC Dispensing Systems, Metrology Consoles) requires specialized engineering inspection and recalibration upon return, all authorized returns are subject to a **15% Restocking Fee**. This fee is automatically deducted from your final refund total.
#### 4. How to Initiate a Return
1. Contact our support department at **support@scannexsystems.com** with your original Order Number and the hardware serial number.
2. If eligible, our team will issue an official RMA number and provide the designated secure fulfillment center return address.
3. **Return Shipping Costs:** The buyer is fully responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping freight and comprehensive shipping insurance. Scannex Systems is not liable for return shipments lost or damaged in transit.
#### 5. Inspection and Refunds
* Once your return package is physically received and cleared by our engineering inspection lab, we will send an email confirming receipt.
* Approved refunds will be processed automatically back to your original payment method (Stripe/Shopify Payments) within **7 to 10 business days**. Please note that banking institutions may require additional processing cycles to post the funds.
