Thank you for choosing Scannex Systems. Because we supply high-value, calibrated industrial hardware and diagnostic instruments, our logistics and fulfillment processes are strictly managed to guarantee secure transit.
#### 1. Processing and Handling Times
* All orders are processed within **1 to 3 business days** (excluding weekends and federal holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
* High-precision instruments (such as our 3D Laser Scanning Consoles and GNSS RTK Rovers) may undergo a final hardware quality-assurance checklist and secure packaging protocol prior to dispatch.
* You will receive another notification with carrier tracking details once your order has officially shipped.
#### 2. Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
* **Standard Insured Ground Shipping:** We offer Free Standard Insured Shipping for all domestic orders within the contiguous United States.
* **Estimated Delivery Window:** Standard transit times via heavy-freight and secure parcel carriers (UPS, FedEx, or specialized industrial couriers) typically range between **5 to 12 business days**, depending on your destination state.
#### 3. Strict Signature Requirement & Secure Delivery
* **Adult Signature Required:** Due to the premium nature and high valuation of Scannex Systems hardware, **ALL shipments require an adult signature upon delivery**.
* We cannot authorize carriers to release packages without a direct physical signature. Delivery to P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses is strictly unavailable.
#### 4. International Shipping
* Currently, Scannex Systems specializes in and fulfills orders exclusively within the United States. For international freight inquiries, please contact our sales team at sales@scannexsystems.com.
#### 5. Shipping Damage and Inspection
* Upon arrival, please visually inspect the exterior of the rugged transit case or shipping crate prior to signing the carrier’s release form.
* If you notice visible structural damage to the packaging, document it immediately via photographs and contact support@scannexsystems.com within **48 hours** so we can initiate a carrier insurance claim.
