*   You agree not to utilize our specialized hardware for any illicit, unauthorized, or dangerous activities that breach local public safety or international export compliance laws.

#### 2. Pricing and Product Catalog Accuracy
*   All listed product prices, specifications (such as weights, dimensions, and country of origin), and inventory quantities are subject to adjustments without prior notice.
*   We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order placed due to an unexpected hardware pricing error or systemic software glitch. If your payment method has already been charged, we will issue an immediate 100% refund to rectify the error.

#### 3. Payment and Billing Security
*   You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate corporate billing and account information for all purchases. 
*   To safeguard our infrastructure, we reserve the right to restrict or cancel orders that exhibit high fraud markers or automated risk indicators during payment processing via Shopify Payments / Stripe.

#### 4. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability
*   Scannex Systems provides highly technical instruments. We do not guarantee that the operation of any device will perfectly fit your individual custom workflows without standard professional user calibration.
*   In no event shall Scannex Systems, our directors, employees, or logistics partners be liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages—including loss of corporate revenue, production downtime, or project delays—arising from the use or inability to use our hardware. Our maximum financial liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid by you for the specific hardware asset.

*   These Terms of Service and any separate transactional agreements whereby we provide you hardware shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the **State of Georgia, United States**, without regard to conflict of law principles.
